Tier4 Remote Support is a service offered to existing clients to provide Remote Support Access for our technicians to enable them to access the client's PC remotely for the sole purpose of providing assistance for a specific issue. This cannot be done without the client's knowledge or approval as a unique automatically changing password is required to be given to our technician for each and every session. Throughout the access time the client can monitor the work being done on their machine. The software is a commercially licensed version of TeamViewer that Tier4 has purchased the right to use.
This service is billed by Tier4 in ¼hr increments (billed at our normal rates) and is also subject to a software access fee of $8.00+GST per session or job. These fees may not apply to clients on remote support contract plans. This service is subject to our standard terms and conditions and is invoiced accordingly.
